Mr Lecossois is an Operating Partner at Capital Square Partners and serves as an adjunct professor at INSEAD. He has over 30 years of retail experience in Asia and has worked with large international retailers such as Carrefour, Tesco and Groupe Casino.

He has over 30 years of retail experience in Asia and has worked with large international retailers such as Carrefour, Tesco and Groupe Casino.
He also manages his own boutique consulting firm, EurAsia Bridge Consulting, and has worked with clients such as Lippo Groupe, Keells and Little Farms.
During his time in Carrefour, Mr Lecossoi served as the Vice-President and has successfully established the brand name in Taiwan, Malaysia, Singapore, China, Indonesia, Korea and Thailand.
He subsequently moved to Tesco in 1998 and supervised the operations in Taiwan and Korea. After spending 5 years in Tesco, he joined Casino Groupe as the CEO and managed the portfolio of Big C supermarkets in Taiwan and Thailand.
He has a postgraduate degree in Sinology and Chinese language from the National Technology University (NTU) in Singapore.
He has resided in Asia since 1976 and is fluent in mandarin.
