Jeannette is Head of Compliance and Legal Counsel at CSP. She handles legal matters relating to private equity, capital markets, fund establishment/private funds, M&A, financing, corporate governance, tax, regulatory matters, deal mechanics and compliance
experience
Jeannette was formerly a partner in Dentons, where she was promoted early to partner and had more than a decade's experience in large corporate transactions.
Jeannette also practised commercial litigation and arbitration with senior counsels in Dentons.
Jeannette graduated from the Law Faculty of National University of Singapore in 2006 and was admitted to the Singapore Bar in 2007.
